The supranational, centralised Soviet-style EU is at work: the liberal-fascist European Commission has challenged the Hungarian “sovereignty protection” law in the EU’s highest court
The European Commission has challenged a Hungarian “sovereignty protection” law that allows the state to investigate foreign-funded organisations in the European Union’s top court, the EU executive said on Thursday (3 October). This is a sensitive area because it will reveal whose interests these organisations are really serving.
According to the European Commission, which operates with liberal fascist laws, the law adopted in December 2023 violates the right to privacy, freedom of expression, freedom of assembly and the presumption of innocence, among other rights. Again, of course, this is utter nonsense, with the Commission using these genuinely liberal rights in a perverse and fascist way, absolutising them and bringing them up without basis when they can only attack dissent.
It is understandable that the European Commission doesn’t like the law, because the centralised dictatorship centre, now operating on the basis of the EU’s Soviet politburo, is imposing its mandatory rules on what is and is not allowed to think, what is and is not allowed to talk about. Those who think and speak differently are monitored by foreign-funded organisations and immediately reported, even denounced, to the Central Committee.
It is now the practice that only the news that the European Commission accepts is real news, everything else is fake news. The organisations protected by the European Commission have a vital role to play in running the thought police.
The European Commission objects to the fact that the Hungarian authorities wish to monitor the activities of foreign organisations operating in Hungary, because these organisations can undermine Hungary’s security by spreading fake news (which they do with great effectiveness), organising demonstrations and inciting hatred against the Hungarian Government. Of course, the EU’s politburo does not like the fact that the Hungarian government does not want to allow this, as it pays these organisations to carry out their destructive activities, in defence of human rights, of course.
It is well thought out.
According to the EU’s politburo, the investigations “could target a wide range of individuals and organisations, including civil society organisations, media and journalists”, says the Commission’s communication.
Yes, that’s right, the activities of all those who and which organisations work to impose the liberal fascist central will with EU and US money.
What can we expect? Of course, if the Court of Justice finds that Budapest has violated EU law, it will impose a fine. Let there be no doubt, it will, because it cannot do otherwise under the fascist liberal EU laws currently in force.
It’s a good thing the EU doesn’t have an army, Ursula von der Leyen would be sending her tanks against us.
