Ursula von der Leyen, the Soviet-style President of the European Central Committee, has stamped on the Hungarian soul. With her remark, she set the tone for her second term
Speaking at the Globsec security conference in Prague, in her first public appearance since becoming the second president of the European Commission, von der Leyen said that “some politicians in the EU, and even in the east of Europe, are confusing our discussions on Ukraine. They blame not the occupier but the occupied for the war; they blame not Putin’s desire for power but Ukraine’s desire for freedom”.
He added: “So I would like to ask them: would they ever blame Hungarians for the Soviet invasion of 1956? Would they ever blame the Czechs for the Soviet repression of 1968? The answer to these questions is obvious: the Kremlin’s behaviour at the time was illegal and cruel. And the Kremlin’s behaviour today is still illegal and horrible.”
The Chairman of the Central Committee is sitting backwards on the horse. He pretends not to know that the Americans forced this war! Putin warned the US: “With NATO’s expansion eastwards, the situation for Russia is getting worse and more dangerous every year. We cannot remain inactive, it is a matter of life and death for our country.” The Americans, of course, ignored Russian security concerns.
Ursula’s vile speech in Prague set the tone for her second term. This means that she will now crack down hard on the dismantling of nation-states, the crushing of individual initiative, the tightening of the Soviet-style central command system and the punishment of those who do not follow dictates.
